1. The Foundations of Spiritual life

1. Life without violence. It was not humans who gave life to the planet and all living beings, and it is not humans who have the right to take that life away, thereby exacerbating the evolution of the universe and also accumulating and shaping the planet’s negative collective karma, which will affect everyone.

2. Truthfulness in one’s statements, the destruction of the false ego, lies, and self‑deception within oneself. Through lies, a person creates their own energy, which will make them see the surrounding world as an illusion. The false ego leads a person to inevitable destruction.

3. Stop stealing what belongs to others, both physically and intellectually. Every object is imbued with the energy of its owner, and by stealing someone’s object, a person unjustly appropriates part of that energy. According to the law of conservation of energy, this energy must be compensated for. And then the person who stole will suffer in order to restore the energy balance.

4. Moderation in needs, reasonable self‑sufficiency, and satisfaction with the present. For an object to become ours, a certain amount of life energy must be spent. There may not be enough energy for family and spiritual development. The more things we accumulate, the more energy will be spent on keeping them by our side. We need to live simply and have only the essentials: space for life on Earth (a home), food, clothing, and means of transportation. In nature, every creature is provided with all the conditions for a full life.

5. Self‑control over one’s desires. Abstaining from the energies of passion and ignorance. To raise one’s energy and direct it for the benefit of society, it is necessary to control sexual energy. The more attached a person is to taste, the more energy they expend to derive pleasure from food. It is better to spend energy on serving and helping people, cultivating goodness.

6. Purity of thoughts, speech, and appearance. To make an effort, maintaining mental calmness, mindfulness, simplicity, and love. Proper plant‑based diet. To live in love for oneself and society. To develop the стремление to absolute consciousness.

7. Self‑knowledge, devotion, and discipline. Study great spiritual figures and ancient sacred scriptures. They contain the truth about the universe and the wisdom of cultures that have reached a high and harmonious level of development. Accept spiritual authorities and direct guidance. Believe in the methods received from teachers and diligently practice them throughout your life until you achieve Liberation. Align your entire life with the practice of the path. Show patience and limit yourself in unnecessary things. Willful and persistent spiritual work on yourself allows you to accumulate energy for development. The change in the energies within the body alters the functioning of the consciousness, and the functioning of the consciousness affects the accumulation of energy in the body.

8. Following one’s path and showing love. Accepting God as the only ideal in life, dedicating one’s life to knowing God, love, and the spiritual path. Sincerely sharing valuable experience and knowledge that will help others grow, without any selfish motives to profit from it or to develop a false ego.

9. Action and retribution. The belief that any action one takes yields corresponding results, hence the стремление to accumulate positive outcomes and avoid unharmonious manifestations of the body, speech, and mind in order not to accumulate bad causes. The belief that through proper spiritual guidance and diligent practice, one can achieve liberation from the bondage of earthly, mortal reality.
