Concentration on energy centers

As a result of this practice, we contribute to the purification of consciousness. The correct sequence of opening the energy centers brings the complex of all energies into harmony. Our body has 72,000 energy centers, which are controlled by 108 energy centers; they, in turn, are controlled by 7 energy centers, which are controlled by three main ones — spiritual, mental, and physical.

Choose the correct posture:
- sit on the floor and place the heel of your left foot under your anus, so that it presses firmly on the perineum.
- put your right foot on your left so that the genitals are between the feet, and the right heel is at the pubic bone.
- The toes of both feet should be fixed between the calves and thighs.

1 The energy center is located near the coccyx in the sacrum.  The breath retention is performed on inhalation and exhalation — 4 times: inhalation, breath retention, exhalation, breath retention, and all 4 repetitions are performed evenly, from 9 to 108 seconds, gradually increasing. Between inhalation and exhalation, there is a corridor in which it is important to turn off the consciousness and be present here and now. This emptiness is the path to spiritual awakening. We welcome the primordial energies of the earth. After exhaling, we pull in the abdomen before the next inhalation to open the energy center. On inhalation, the abdomen rises slightly upward — it protrudes. The diaphragm descends. On exhalation, the abdomen descends toward the spine. The diaphragm rises and pushes air out of the lungs. The first energy center is the space — the root. There, the main life energy of the nature of the universe resides. This is the Primordial Force. It is endowed with the powers of movement and feeling and circulates through the body. It is subtle and has the appearance of a flame. Sometimes it rises, and sometimes it descends. Here, the bright energy of the seed of love circulates. Having realized this energy center, you will gradually be able to leave the earth and rise into the air. The body will become radiant, the fire powerful, freedom from diseases will come, as will talent and omnipresence. You will become aware of your past, present, and future and their causes, and you will also master unknown sciences and their secrets. This center destroys old age and death. Sins are destroyed. The mind receives everything it desires. 
It is important to understand that when inhaling, we press the tongue against the palate, close the opening in the perineum, and with effort draw energy from the tailbone into the energy center we need, since all the original universal energy of creation is dormant and waiting to awaken precisely in the place where the tailbone is located. All subsequent energy centers will be worked through using this method.
The first and second energy centers reside in the physical body of the material manifestation of the universe, in the earth element and the water element, in a state of goodness. 

The second energy center is located higher, in the area of the center of the abdomen, at the navel. Here, we unleash the flow of life energy and welcome the energy of water. By opening this energy center, you will be freed from all illnesses. Death will be absorbed by you, but you will not be absorbed by anything. The body’s and energy’s capabilities will increase. 

The third energy center is located slightly above the abdomen, in the solar plexus. We unleash the flow of intuition and fearlessness. Here, you will experience constant happiness and bliss. You will be able to become the master of desires, destroy sorrows and illnesses, defy death, and be able to enter another person’s body. You will learn to see the initiated, to discover remedies for diseases. This energy center is located in the element of fire. 

4 The energy center is located in the center of the chest and is responsible for the harmony of the masculine and feminine principles of the energy of love. Through it, we merge with all people in the благодатной energy of love and embrace the element of air. By practicing, it is possible to acquire objects of the visible and invisible world, immeasurable knowledge. To be aware of the past, present, and future.  Together with the 3rd energy center of the element of fire and the 4th energy center of the element of air — they belong to the body of the Soul in the energies of love, refraining from the energies of passion. 

 The 5th energy center is located in the throat area. We unlock the energies of will and welcome the energy of the primordial sound AUM.  If the mind focuses on this place, it stops perceiving the outside world and focuses on the inner world. It is possible to feel anger when all three worlds begin to tremble. The body will never weaken, will remain full of strength for thousands of years and will become as hard as a diamond. In contemplation of this energy center, a thousand years will be like one minute. 

6 The energy center is located in the center of the forehead and is responsible for clairvoyance and conscious thinking. Here we reveal and welcome the energies of the primordial Light of the all-seeing eye. Once you become aware of this energy center, you will never want to go down. There is a radiant light there that brings liberation and spiritual ecstasy. By contemplating it, you achieve the greatest success and may become like God. 

 The 7th energy center is located above the crown of the head and is responsible for the connection with the Creator and the universe. Here we merge with the primordial spiritual energy of God, opening a single channel and welcoming the elements of the ether of Absolute Consciousness.  In this space, the sun dwells, which, in the form of solar heat, flows to the right nostril, while the lunar fluid of immortality flows to the left nostril. By comprehending this energy center, you will destroy all the karmas of your past life. All forms of the external world will seem useless. For anyone whose mind remains motionless in this energy center, even for a second, all sins will immediately be destroyed.
