Concentration of inner sound. Meditation (Nada)

We need to listen to the inner sounds that arise, allowing the heard sound to spontaneously originate. The technique has 4 sound awareness:

- with the help of colliding objects, hitting the string
- a tonality between an audible and an elusive sound, like an almost inaudible whisper.
- a sound that can only be seen.
- silence, which can occur with absolute silence, coming from within, the final stage of meditation, then comes absolute consciousness, which manifests itself in three forms. Physical - when you merge with all bodies in the universe, Mental - when you merge with all souls and Spiritual - when you merge with the Creator of the universe.

The state of absolute consciousness.

1. At the physical center:
Liberation from desires
Freedom from thoughts
Liberation from false ego

2. At the soul center:
Light state

3. At the spiritual center:
Freedom from all attachments and union with God

Practice:

Choose the right posture:
- sit on the floor and put the heel of the left foot under the anus, so that it firmly presses on the perineum
- put the right foot on the left so that the genitals are between the feet, and the right heel is near the pubic bone
- the toes of both feet should be fixed between the calves and thighs
- Men should be careful to ensure that the pressure on the genitals does not cause pain. The back should be straight
Put your hands on your face. Elbows gradually rise to shoulder level at a right angle.
Close your ears with your thumbs, your eyes with your index fingers, your nostrils with your middle fingers, and your lips with the rest. Having thus enclosed the air, hold your breath from 9 to 108 times in one cycle. Cycles from 3 to 9 times per practice. Concentrate in each of the cycles on the physical, mental and spiritual bodies in turn. See the soul in the form of light. Seeing this light, even for a moment, is free from sin.
By practicing this, you will forget your physical, subtle and causal body and become one with the soul.
Thanks to this practice, you will begin to hear the sounds of Nada - the basis of the sound of OM during the creation of the universe. The first sound is like the buzzing of a bee, then the sound of a flute, a harp, bells, and a rumble of thunder. By fixing your attention on these sounds, you will achieve liberation.
When the mind is absorbed in this sound, one forgets everything external. By this practice one conquers the good, the evil and the indifferent and, being free from all states, dissolves in the space of consciousness.
The sound of LAM is the form of the Earth, the sound of VAM is the sound of life, HAM is the form of air. Through the heart, navel, nose and throat, feet, starting from the thumbs, sounds passing along the paths of 72 thousand energy centers revolve, passing through 280 million pores.
